Mangalore Refinery Reissues Offer to Sell Fuel Oil for June

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) reissued an offer to sell high-sulfur fuel oil for June loading from New Mangalore, India, according to documents sent to potential buyers.

Details of the offers are as follow:

Product:    Fuel oil, 380 centistokes, with 4 percent sulfur

Quantity:   80,000 metric tons

Loading:    June 9 to June 11

Port:       New Mangalore, west coast of India

Bids close: May 22, 9:30 a.m. local time

Bids valid: May 22, 6:30 p.m. local time

The company cancelled an earlier offer on May 11, which required bidding to close at 9:30 a.m. May 16. India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp. owns 72 percent of Mangalore Refinery.
